Our client, a rapidly growing warehousing and distribution company located on the north side of Jacksonville, is seeking experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators for their morning shift. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong background in warehouse operations. As a Sit-Down Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and safety. Starting at $17.00 per hour, this role offers plenty of room for growth and advancement within the company.

The Day-to-Day:

Safely load and unload container trucks using a sit-down forklift.Utilize RF scanners and WMS software to accurately receive products and manage inventory, addressing any shortages or damages.Stage materials on the shipping dock for transport or storage, ensuring efficient workflow.Replenish storage locations with received products to maintain inventory levels.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of recent experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse setting.Minimum of 3 years experience using RF systems and WMS software for inventory management.Availability to work occasional overtime on Saturdays as needed.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$17.00 per hour.Monday to Friday8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
