We are looking for a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our clients team in Redlands, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count materials within our warehouse or production facility. Your contributions will be essential in optimizing our warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and organize them in designated locations.Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using various types of forklifts and other powered equipment.Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the correct quantities and types are loaded.Locate and move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.Identify damages and report shortages or quality issues.Transport raw materials to production workstations.Inspect machinery regularly for maintenance needs and safety compliance.Maintain updated records of inventory and activity logs.Assist with physical inventory counts.Adhere to company policies and legal guidelines.Help maintain a safe and orderly work environment.Verify load accuracy, checking load counts, stability, and product condition, and report discrepancies as needed.Change equipment batteries and monitor power sources as necessary.Ensure the facility’s equipment and materials are kept clean and organized.Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a forklift operator.Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience (required).High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Rate & Shift:

1st Shift Shipping Forklift: $19/hour, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday (must be open to overtime).2nd Shift Shipping Forklift: $19/hour, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday – Friday (must be open to overtime).2nd Shift Production Forklift: $19/hour, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday – Friday (must be open to overtime).
