Job Description:

Location: Rural Hall, North Carolina

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking qualified candidates to operate sit-down powered industrial trucks in the Rural Hall, NC area. 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 4:15 pm-2:15 am.

Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records
• Move goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
• Stack goods in the correct storage bays while following inventory control instructions
• Ensure loads are secure
• Stack empty pallets
• Perform daily equipment checks such as recharging the forklift’s battery and lubricating equipment
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Place materials on production line

Desired Background/Skills:

• 2 years forklift experience required
• Must be proficient in math, language and reading
• Must be able to regularly sit on a powered industrial truck
• Must have the ability to assess weights and judge distances and heights
• Must have the ability to work in varying temperatures
