Principal Accountabilities: 

Performing facility operations such as loading/unloading trucks, stacking bags, handling product, palletizing, etc.Documenting all completed work and recording inventory data; utilizing scanners/computers as necessaryInspecting products to oversee product quality assuranceVerify only quality product is delivered Interacting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote teamworkOperating forklifts and hand cartsUnderstanding and adhering to all safety policies and proceduresMaintaining a safe and clean work environmentAssist other departments with strength and commitment Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employerCargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facilityAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodationAbility to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, in any form of weather, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipmentAbility to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance noticeValid driver’s license


Preferred qualifications:

High School diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experienceForklift certification or experienceMinimum of 1 year of warehouse experienceBasic computer skills Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)Bilingual (Spanish or Russian)
