Job Duties and Responsibilities: + **Safety** : Maintain a safe work environment and follow company safety policies. + **Equipment Use** : Utilize RF equipment for accurate order processing. + **Accuracy** : Ensure all transactions are accurate. + **Inventory** : Perform cycle counts and assist with Quality Assurance inspections. + **Cross-Training** : Provide backup support for other departments. + **Stock Consolidation** : Improve inventory performance and warehouse space. + **Productivity Standards** : Meet productivity and quality standards set by the department manager. + **Freight Inspection** : Inspect and QA all outbound freight. + **Loading Shipments** : Palletize and load shipments. + **Inbound Freight** : Inspect all inbound freight and complete appropriate documentation. + **Daily Checklist** : Complete daily forklift inspection checklists. + **C-TPAT Compliance** : Perform compliance inspections and documentation for international shipments. + **Operational Security** : Maintain operational and warehouse security. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent education preferred. + Forklift certification for Reach, Dock stocker, or Sit-down forklift. + RF scanner experience. + Excellent math, reading comprehension skills, and legible writing. + Minimum of three years warehouse experience and one year stand-up forklift experience. + Physically able to perform tasks including lifting up to 100lbs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: + Ability to follow directions and complete work assignments. + Team player with good interaction skills. + High attention to detail to prevent injury and property damage. + Ability to multi-task. Working Conditions: + Physically demanding tasks including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting. + Warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation. + This job requires someone who is diligent, detail-oriented, and physically capable.
