You will also contribute to inventory management, complete necessary paperwork for warehouse operations, and ensure proper maintenance of the warehouse. Safe operation of warehouse equipment is a key aspect of the role.  Responsibilities:Receive incoming cargo by safely unloading from trucks or containers using appropriate equipment such as hand tools, hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts.Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials with utmost safety.Verify and accurately record the count and condition of received cargo. Document and securely store items in designated locations.Prepare equipment for outgoing orders, ensuring precise labeling for correct destination.Segregate outgoing cargo based on purchase order, customer, or freight carrier requirements. Qualifications and Requirements:1‐3 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse settingHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to eighty (80) pounds Your New Organization:A major manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment, including everything from refrigeration, cooking equipment, to robotic fryers and more. The base pay range for this position is $17/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
