**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in a union environment. The successful candidate will work with products from well-known brands such as Old El Paso, Betty Crocker, and various cereals. This position involves a mix of forklift operation and manual labor, ensuring the efficient handling and movement of products. **Responsibilities** + Operate counterbalance forklift to put away products + Use counterbalance forklift to pick products + Load and unload trailers + Receive training on the clamp attachment + Wrap pallets + Perform 80% of tasks using a forklift and 20% manually + Use RF scan gun to pick items + Assist with receiving products **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in operating a forklift + Experience with RF scanners + Sitdown forklift operation + Packing skills + Minimum of 2 years experience with counterbalance forklift + AB certification + Warehouse experience + Ability to understand English for safety purposes **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with reach forklifts + Experience with clamp attachments **Why Work Here** This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position.
