**Job Title: Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
Operate a Stand Up forklift to handle inbound and outbound tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, picking full pallets, and putting products away. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be dealing with FDA-regulated products. Quality is prioritized over quantity, and you must be able to identify mistakes and ensure GMP/SOPs are followed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate Stand Up forklift for inbound and outbound tasks
+ Load and unload trucks
+ Pick full pallets and put products away
+ Ensure compliance with GMP/SOPs
+ Maintain attention to detail while handling FDA-regulated products
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience operating a stand up forklift
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
+ Good computer and RF scanner skills
+ Stable work history
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with GMPs/SOPs
+ SAP/Inventory experience
+ Experience with reach truck and electric pallet jack

**Work Environment**
Work in a large 500,000 square ft. semi-climate-controlled warehouse with 40 employees. The facility has air conditioning in the summer but no heat in the winter to maintain product temperature requirements. This distribution hub handles chocolate manufacturing, including roasting beans and producing chocolate liquor, powders, and cocoa butter.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
