Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate a Stand Up forklift to manage inbound and outbound activities, including loading and unloading trucks, picking full pallets, and putting products away. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be dealing with FDA-regulated products. Quality is more important than quantity, and you need to be able to identify mistakes and ensure GMP/SOPs are followed.

Work Environment

The work environment is a large 500,000 square foot warehouse with around 40 employees. It is a semi-climate-controlled, brand-new facility. The warehouse is air-conditioned in the summer but not heated in the winter, as the product needs to be kept below a certain temperature at all times. This site serves as a distribution hub for chocolate manufacturing, including roasting beans and making chocolate liquor, powders, cocoa butter, and more. Day and night shifts are available, with specific hours and pay rates provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
