This position requires to operate a sit-down forklift 6,000 – 8,000lbs lifts. Ideal candidate will work at a lumber store in Vashon Island loading trucks and loading customers vehicles. Great customer service skills a must.

Full Time Pay Rate: $20-23/ hour DOE Located in Vashon Island

Job Responsibilities:

Follow safety guidelines Follow standard work instructions as assigned Perform hands-on tasks Troubleshoot equipment issues Meet production standards Storing, moving and managing materials Use of handheld scanners or on-board computers Follow warehouse systems and processes Potentially load and unload trailers

 

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 12 months of Forklift experience Knowledge of Forklift Safety Guidelines Lift up to 20-50 lbs, sit, stand, bend and reach Experience in warehouse or distribution center environment Basic computer skills
