Our client, a leader in warehouse operations, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting efficient material handling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Forklift Operator
**Location:** Four Oaks, NC
**Pay Range:** $17.00
**What's the Job?**
+ Utilize various equipment such as forklifts, conveyers, and cranes to move materials and products within the warehouse.
+ Maintain accurate records of inventory and materials handled.
+ Follow clearly defined SOPs and quality guidelines to ensure operational efficiency.
+ Work under general to limited supervision to complete routine tasks.
+ Adhere to safety protocols and participate in required training sessions.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
+ 2+ years of warehouse experience or related training.
+ 1+ year of forklift experience with appropriate licenses/certifications.
+ Basic skills in material handling and logistics.
+ Effective communication skills and ability to perform basic math calculations.
