Our client in the Temple, TX area is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating industrial forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise. The Forklift Operator will ensure the efficient movement of products while maintaining a safe work environment and following company policies.

The Day-to-Day:

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse or production facility.Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.Inspect forklifts before and after use to ensure proper functioning.Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as refueling and checking fluid levels.Follow safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards.Assist in inventory management, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation.Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.

Qualifications:

High School DiplomaForklift certified with a minimum of 3 years of experienceExcellent attention to detail

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$19.00 /hrMonday to Friday7:00 AM to 3:00 PMor3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
