Our client, a leading company in the Kennesaw, GA area, is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join their team. This role is critical to warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods through the facility while maintaining high safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of prior warehouse experience and be proficient in operating stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in handling inbound and outbound shipments, inspecting equipment for safety compliance, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The Day-to-Day:

Operate forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport pallets within the warehouse.Ensure accurate placement of inventory in designated storage locations.Conduct routine equipment inspections, including fluid levels, brakes, tires, and forks, to ensure proper functionality.Follow strict safety protocols, including designated traffic patterns and pedestrian awareness.Report any mechanical issues or operational concerns to the maintenance team promptly.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of one year of experience operating stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks.Slip sheet forklift experience is a plus but not required.Ability to lift50-70 lb cases regularly.Comfortable working in a cold environment (59°F).

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$17.65 to $24.59 per hour

Day Shift Options:

Sunday to Wednesday | 6:00 AM to 5:00 PMWednesday to Saturday | 6:00 AM to 5:00 PMWeekend (Saturday to Tuesday) | 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Night Shift Option:

Sunday to Wednesday | 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM
