**Job Title: Forklift Operator** 1st Shift - $19hr 2nd Shift - $20hr - Must be able to train the first week on 1st shift. **Job Description** Work in a warehouse either receiving inbound materials or loading outbound shipments. Operate equipment such as clamps, order pickers, reach trucks, turrets, and loaders. Perform some lifting up to 50 pounds. **Responsibilities** + Operate various types of warehouse equipment including clamps, order pickers, reach trucks, turrets, and loaders. + Receive and process inbound materials. + Load and prepare outbound shipments. + Perform general warehouse duties including inventory management, packing, and using RF scanners. + Ensure safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment. **Essential Skills** + Experience with warehouse forklift operations. + Proficiency in using clamps, order pickers, reach trucks, turrets, and loaders. + Experience in shipping and receiving. + General labor skills. + Ability to operate inventory and packing equipment. + Experience with RF scanners, pallet jacks, and stand-up forklifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous forklift and warehouse experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a company new to the Savannah area and work in a brand-new warehouse designed with state-of-the-art features. Second shift hours are from 3pm to 11:30pm (with potential overtime until 12:30am and half-day work on Saturdays). **Job Type & Location** This is a 4 month Contract to Hire position based out of Rincon, Georgia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
