Forklift Operator

Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Forklift Operator, second shift from 5:00pm
**Location:** Norcross, GA
**Pay Range:** $18 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate powered industrial trucks, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks.
+ Input data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and efficiently.
+ Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds unassisted.
+ Maintain a clean and safe working environment both indoors and outdoors.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and meet productivity goals.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
+ Six months of related warehouse experience.
+ Ability to read and perform basic mathematics in English for safety and work instructions.
+ Willingness to learn and obtain powered industrial truck certification.
