Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the training and development of new employees. The ideal candidate will have patience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Suwanee, GA

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour

What's the Job?

Conduct hands-on training sessions for new hires and ongoing workshops for existing staff. Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve skills and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies through effective training. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and opportunities for process improvements. Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.

What's Needed?

Must be a former McKesson employee to apply. Ability to work onsite in a climate-controlled warehouse. Reliable transportation to be onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Experience with training and mentoring new employees. Strong understanding of safety regulations and company policies.
