**Warehouse** Adecco is hiring immediately for Forklift Operators in Lee, FL. This is a temporary position with a shift from 5am to 5pm. While working as a Forklift Operator for Adecco, you will earn $18.42 per hour + other great benefits! In this role, you will be an integral part of our warehouse team, responsible for safely operating a forklift to move raw materials or finished products, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to high-quality goods production. **Requirements:** + High School Diploma or GED + Two or more years of forklift experience with a solid safety record + Previous exposure to manufacturing, preferably in the food or beverage industry + Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and warehouse management systems (WMS); SAP preferred + Ability to work independently or with a team with solid communication skills + Ability to move/lift 50 lbs. various times over a 12-hour shift + Willingness to work holidays and weekends as we operate 24/7 + Valid driver's license with no major driving offenses in the last 3 years + Forklift certification/license preferred + Candidates must have steel-toed boots or shoes **Responsibilities:** + Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials or finished products + Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain energy source for lift + Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and maintain palletizing equipment + Conduct hourly quality checks and inspect goods and pallets + Complete and maintain quality, inventory, and preventative maintenance documentation + Use scanning equipment for accurate inventory tracking + Work as a team to prevent line stoppages and improve operations + Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring safety and GMPs + Monitor and track equipment downtime and output + Meet or exceed performance goals + Interact with team members to maximize output and efficiency + Cross-train for other activities as required + Provide vacation coverage for team members **PPE and Dress Code:** + Must have steel-toed boots and high-visibility clothing + Factory environment: Steel-toed shoes and slip-resistant footwear required.
