At PDS Tech Commercial, we are looking for a Forklift Operator I to join our team in the Consumer Products Industry. If you’re an organized, safety-conscious individual with a passion for operating equipment and maintaining a smooth workflow, we want you to be part of our dynamic team. You’ll play an essential role in the safe and efficient movement of products within the facility, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials.  This is a hands-on role where you’ll operate industrial lifting equipment, stock shelves, and ensure the smooth flow of goods across the warehouse. Your Role & Responsibilities: Operate Forklifts Safely: Use electric-powered industrial trucks to move and stack products and materials according to safety procedures. Maintain Inventory Flow: Position forks or lifting devices under loads and transport them to designated areas; replenish shelves as needed. Load & Unload Materials: Move and stack pallets, skids, and other products using forklifts and lifting platforms. Replenish Product: Accurately scan and place products based on inventory needs throughout the facility. Follow SOPs & Safety Guidelines: Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to ensure the safety and quality of operations. Document Movement: Maintain accurate records of materials moved and products stacked, as required by SOPs. Cross-Training: Be willing and capable of learning new tasks across other departments within the facility. Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, lift up to 50lbs regularly, and assist with heavier loads as necessary.  
What We're Looking For:
Required: Experience & Education: High school diploma or GED, with 1-3 months of related experience or training. Forklift License: Must be licensed to operate lift equipment (internal or external training). Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move products (up to 70lbs with assistance). Safety First: Commitment to following safety rules and maintaining work safety standards. Basic Communication Skills: Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English. Willingness to Learn: Openness to cross-train and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Preferred: Experience: Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience, particularly in forklift operation. Certifications: High Reach Forklift certification (training provided in-house). Problem-Solving Skills: Basic mathematical skills for inventory management and task completion.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
