What You'll Do as Forklift Operator:

Operating a forklift to load and unload materials, move products to storage areas, and supply production areas.Inspecting forklifts before use to ensure they are in proper working order and reporting any issues for repairs.Safely handling materials and ensuring that all products are moved without damage.Maintaining inventory accuracy by using an RF scanner to scan materials, updating records, and communicating with warehouse staff.Assisting with loading and unloading trucks and securing materials for transport.Following safety regulations for operating machinery and working within the warehouse environment.Contributing to general warehouse tasks such as packing, labeling, and maintaining a clean workspace.Good Computer skills such as data entry, familiar with a warehouse management system. Teammates will need these skills to update inventory and to complete audits.

Work Experience

What You Bring to the Team:

Previous experience operating a forklift (typically 3+ years).A valid forklift operator certification.Basic understanding of inventory control systems.Ability to lift (up to 40 lbs) and work in various warehouse conditions.Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
