Responsibilities:
Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to move products and materials to designated areas in the warehouse.
Load and unload trucks, containers, and trailers with materials using forklifts.
Stack and store pallets in appropriate storage areas.
Perform daily equipment inspections and ensure forklifts are in good working order.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment.
Assist with general warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and order fulfillment as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and managers to ensure efficient workflow and timely shipments.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards.
Working hours: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Skills:
Experience on Crown equipment a plus!

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid forklift operator certification (sit-down and reach) required. Must provide verifiable references.
Proven experience operating both sit-down and reach forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with inventory systems and basic warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
This position operates in a warehouse environment where the employee may be exposed to different temperature conditions depending on the season. Forklift operators are expected to wear appropriate safety gear and follow all safety protocols.
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects as required.
Frequent bending, twisting, and climbing in and out of forklift.
