This is a full time, hourly position 

Job Requirements:
To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Maintain Attendance record in accordance with company policyWilling and able to work rotating shifts (8, 10 or 12 hour shifts at day or night) including weekends, holidays and overtimeAble to meet physical requirements of the position, including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces, from heights: bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.) and lift up to 50 lbs. unassistedDemonstrate initiative to work independently, while flexible enough to work in a team setting (when needed)Exhibit a professional image at all times, maintain a positive and respectful attitudeHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredJob Responsibilities:Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury cultureFull compliance with all Employee Safety and Food Safety laws, regulations and rules of Golden Peanut Company and ADMPass forklift certification exam, which includes skill test and written testTransfer packaged product from storage and various filling locations into trucks, rail cars or into other designated storage locationsMaintain, monitor and adjust equipment as required and maintain paperwork in assigned area in regards to safety, sanitation, maintenance and processing equipment operationCommunicate with team/shift employees concerning proper operation of equipment, changes in flow rates or processing capabilities safety concerns, product quality issues and maintenance issuesPerform general housekeeping duties: sweeping, compressed air cleaning and clean work areaWork cooperatively with Management Team and co-workersExhibit prompt and regular attendanceAny other duties assigned by Supervisor or Lead Persons​ADM requires the successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
