We are looking for a forklift driver who will take care of the logistics flows in and around the cold store, in cooperation with the packaging department, with the aim of making this process run smoothly and maximizing efficiency. The team within the Coldstore works in a 2-shift system with morning and afternoon shifts that rotate.

 

What does your job look like?

Scanning and checking packed productSorting out blocked product, filling out registration listsRemoving approved pallets in the Coldstore with the forklift truckReceiving and storing empty pallet stockSignaling and reporting faults or deviations of productsPerforming operational maintenance to machines and forklift truckKeeping machines, work area, cold store and surroundings clean.You work with a nice forklift truck that is closed and heated

What do we expect from our new colleague?

You can work together with others towards a common goalYou have a valid forklift certificate and extensive experience as a forklift driverYou have a good command of the English and/or Dutch language (speaking, writing and reading)You can work independently and solve problemsDo you have experience with drive-in racking? Then you have a big advantage.You are a team playerYou are able to use a computer and SAP knowledge would be a big advantage.

What do we offer?

An attractive salary starting at €2.619,02,- and a compensation for the 2-shift of 6% on top of that.You work 40 hours per week (07:00 to 15:30 and 10:30 to 19:00)You are willing to work a Saturday morning once every six weeks (overtime paid)You receive a travel allowance of 0,21 cents per kilometerYou get ample opportunities to follow courses (Vapro, VCA, forklift truck etc.)You work in a versatile and friendly factory where everyone is there for each other.As an employee, you have the advantage of taking home free fries once every two weeks!
