Job Description

Hourly Pay Rate: $25.53

Schedule: 12 hour rotating schedule

The Forming Apprentice will: 

Handle all primary functions in operating a bottle forming machine Provide job change assistance, change or assist in changing blanks, molds, and finish mold changes and record reason  Gauge weight and selected physical dimensions on complete set out and/or random sample and record using PC work station  Re-qualify all cavities following major downtime  
 

The Forming Apprentice should have: 

Experience with defect analysis (gauging and visual) to maintain top quality  Experience with doping and swabbing machines and assisting breakdown repair Strong attention to detail for maintain all records and reports as directed Ability to work a 12 hour rotating schedule

QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentExperience using computers for recording data
