 We are looking for a Forming Machine Operator for 3rd shift 11p-7:30a. Training will be on 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm for approximately three months.

Key Responsibilities: Operate up to three machines simultaneously, following standard operating procedures and supervisor instructions. Perform first-piece inspections after each setup to ensure quality. Clear machine jams and make necessary adjustments to maintain smooth operations. Conduct Statistical Process Control (SPC) checks and procedures. Monitor and update the status of work orders. Maintain machinery, tools, and work areas, ensuring cleanliness and functionality. Troubleshoot and report any non-conformance conditions to supervisors or managers. Disassemble and reassemble machines, replacing parts as needed.
