**Position Purpose:** We are seeking a **Weekend** **Forming Operator** in **Berthoud, CO** . In this role, you will operate forming machinery, perform basic maintenance, and ensure quality standards are met. Your work will directly contribute to the production process by creating high-quality products for the next department. **Pay:** $20-$24 per hour **Shift:** Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate forming machinery, including cutting, band sawing, deburring, sanding, cleaning, and packaging products. + Follow process instructions to meet quality and production standards. + Load and unload mold forming fixtures and parts using forklifts or with Material Handler assistance. + Trim parts using routers and/or band saws. + Maintain a clean workstation daily using a broom, dustpan, or compressed air. + Perform general equipment maintenance and mechanical adjustments under supervision. + Use tools such as calipers, height gauges, Vernier calipers, and micrometers accurately. + Record production information for quality checks and reporting. + Enter job data into the database system and track production progress. + Communicate any quality or documentation issues to supervisors promptly. + Follow and uphold all safety procedures. + Additional tasks as assigned. **Qualifications:** + Ability to read, write, and understand English. + Basic data entry skills for computerized time tracking. + Strong team player with the ability to work independently. + Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. **Physical Requirements:** + Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally). + Ability to climb in and out of machinery and adjust equipment. + Coordination of eyes, hands, and fingers for machinery operation. + Vision requirements include depth perception, color vision, and peripheral vision. + Must be comfortable working in a warehouse/production environment. **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
