Job Description
Responsible for leading a Research and Development (R&D) team to ensure the full-cycle development of products. This role involves setting up laboratory activities, scaling up activities into production, and working closely with customers and sales teams to determine customer needs and project scope. The successful candidate will create product development plans, source materials, and manage multiple customer projects on a weekly basis.

The role primarily involves working in the office, with occasional visits to the lab and production areas to ensure new products and formulas are implemented correctly per customer specifications. The position operates on a Monday through Friday, 1st shift schedule, with the possibility of night trial runs once per quarter. The role offers good pay, benefits, 3 weeks of PTO, 1 week of sick pay, and 3 floating PTO days. Employees are given a lot of autonomy to work with customers, develop new products and projects.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $61.54
