Tech Transfer R&D (Upstream Process) CMC Formulation Scientists (Injectable Drug Focus)In this fast-growing organization, you will have the opportunity to lead critical initiatives in drug formulation and clinical trials while fostering innovation in pharmaceutical technologies.
Your missions
As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Managing production documents, including Batch Records, ensuring regulatory compliance prior to production. Supporting technology transfers in pharmaceutical development projects, with a focus on formulations. Planning and overseeing strategic projects for clinical trials, including preclinical and early clinical trial activities. Collaborating with external partners, such as CDMOs, to verify specifications and oversee clinical packaging and labeling. Driving innovative analytical methods and scaling-up production for clinical trials, particularly in Phase I and II. Coordinating multiple transfers and implementing enhanced pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PKPD) methods and safety evaluations. Ensuring high-quality documentation for seamless technology transfer. Supporting labeling, clinical packaging, and component kit management for trials.Your profile
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
Tech Transfer R&D and CMC Formulation expertise: Strong background in pharmaceutical technology transfers and drug formulation. Regulatory knowledge: Experience with compliance in Batch Record management and production documentation. Clinical trials experience: Hands-on experience with preclinical and early clinical trials. PKPD and safety evaluation: Familiarity with pharmacovigilance and PKPD methodologies. Project management: Proven ability to manage complex projects, including coordination with external partners. Education: Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field. Soft skills: You are a proactive, detail-oriented team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.What we offer
