Job Title: Formulation Technician II (Manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities:

Follow formulation processes in strict accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.Prepare raw materials and solutions accurately and efficientlyPerform quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure flawless resultsOperate and maintain manufacturing equipment to meet production goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of manufacturing processesTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during formulation or productionDocument all activities and maintain accurate records of production dataParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferredProven experience in a manufacturing or production roleExceptional focus on details and proficiency in executing tasks accuratelyExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in thriving within a fast-paced work environment with tight timelinesEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus
