Position: Major Tasks 1)精通DCS的操作与原理，能够操作所有生产线的DCS，并且能解决常见的DCS问题 以及不断优化DCS系统的操作 2)理解制剂工艺，并能处理在线质量异常，提出工艺解决方案，理解并能够使用 PIC 3)负责制剂设备的年度保养，监督设备的周、月保养执行，参与设备作业指导书的 编制、并培训他人 4)理解并执行公司QHSE规定，及时发现并汇报Near miss，参与QHSE项目如机械伤 害评估、HAZOP、JSA、工艺安全评估，在安全生产的 前提下保质保量完成供应 5)协助工艺团队对新设备、新工艺、新产品进行评估及落实 6)协助倒班主管对员工的DCS操作、工艺知识进行培训和认证 7)技术副领班，在倒班主管不在时负责班组日常工作 Position: Skills,... -中专以上学历，机电或机械类或化工类相关专业优先 -10年以上化工企业工作经验，执有化工安全生产操作证书者优先，包括危化品操 作证书、高压容器操作证书等，了解PPS相关知识 -按照要求完成安排的工作，并能配合团队工作，具有良好的沟通能力以及团队合 作精神 -积极主动的工作和学习态度 -执行公司规章制度，保证工作安全和产品质量
