Formulations Operator 2
Operate various types of formulating equipment.Perform routine and non-routine operations safely and efficiently.Troubleshoot equipment with assistance and solve problems.Effectively use safety equipment such as respirators and protective clothing.Follow operator standard work to maintain formulation batch cycle time.Provide feedback and corrective actions when processes during the shift do not meet cycle time.Operate forklift and perform hand additions to formulation vessels.Monitor instruments, equipment and act on informationAdapt to changes, new equipment, new proceduresParticipates in unit policies and procedures audits.Mill base processes maintain at least 85% Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Participates in near miss/incident reporting and 5WHY/incident investigations.Complete changeover operator standard work to ensure changeover cycle times are consistent and efficient.

Qualifications
Prior formulation, packaging or quality control experience desired.Qualified as Operator III in formulation or packaging unit by Field Performance Evaluation (FPE). ·Demonstrated leadership skills in current role that has directly impacted unit performance in safety, quality and efficiency.Experience in formulations is preferred. Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities · Attention to detail, continuous learning, applied learning, teamwork, managing work and time, safety awareness and quality.All applicants must be eligible to work in the US.Minimal travel requirements.Must be able to lift 50 lbs up to 50 lbs once per day.
