The Forward Operator is responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle while delivering products to a diverse home patient base and assigned hospitals.

You'll be a fundamental partner in supporting our patients, providing orders to designated hospitals, performing site order counts, and replenishing deliveries to Baxter accounts. Finally, you'll raise orders for each ward against set PAR levels and deliver IV fluids to selected areas.

Hours: Working hours will be 4 days x 10 hours shifts with a day off on a rota basis.

What you'll bring to the role:

Minimum of 18 years of ageLiterate to GCSC levelProven experience in Warehouse / Inventory environmentComfortable with Microsoft Office package and using an IPADKeen to travel to various UK SitesPassionate about customer serviceManual HandlingLiterate to GCSE LevelAble to work within vulnerable adult and children environment after background check (CRB)A minimum of 1 year of driving comparable equipment with inside delivery experience is helpful.

What you will be doing:

Complete inventory checks within each wardCheck orders on arrivals and ensure they are in full – raise any discrepancies with the inventory supervisor.Communicate PAR-level amendments as requested by the customer to the Managed Inventory AdministratorComplete Expiry checks and log expired stockReport any damages to storage solutions in the hospital as part of the service.Complete mileage forms of hire vehicles and report any issueConfirm delivery arrival timesAttend site audits if requiredReconfigure wards if required
