Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts / Rhode Island is looking for a Foster Care Homefinder / Recruiter. This position is responsible for the recruitment, assessment, selection, pre-service training, licensing and re-licensing of therapeutic foster homes. You will also assist in clinical components of foster care placement, and provide follow up with therapeutic foster homes.
$1,000 Sign on Bonus
Base pay starting at $20.46, up to $24.32 with higher education/experience in the field.
3 Days Paid Orientation Training
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-5 with occasional nights & weekends to meet with foster families.

Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.Must be 21 years of age or olderBA or BS in Human Services related field requiredBi-lingual English/Spanish preferredAt least two (2) years of related experience with children and families preferredVirtual Gateway knowledge preferredYou must be able to attend a New Hire Orientation in Rutland, Monday to Wednesday, 8am - 4pmThe selected candidate will demonstrate:
