Position: Foster Parent Recruiter/Trainer

KidsPeace invites you to join our mission-driven team of professionals who provide hope, help, and healing to children in our Foster Care setting, and the family members, who love them.

Description of Responsibilities:

Facilitate training for all approved foster parents and foster parent applicants. Assure the quality of the foster parent files prior to final approval to become foster parents Promote the visibility of KidsPeace FCCP in local communities through public speaking opportunities and marketing efforts. Screen all foster parent applicant household members to determine if the applicant families and their homes meet State and KidsPeace requirements. Skills necessary for this position : Engagement with people and comfort with presenting information/training to small groups. Prowess, professional writing  Proficiency in information gathering for comprehensive assessments

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a human service field or 3 years of experience
