Foundation Associate

The Foundation Assistant will provide assistance to the Director of Westfields Hospital Foundation including meeting scheduling, event planning, board governance, policy updates, and donor data management.

 

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 20 hours per week. Schedule can be flexible.

 

Required Qualifications:

2-year degree in business related studies; and/or equivalent experience. Previous experience in an administrative support position.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree or higher. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.  Ability to partner with others to accomplish a common goal Proven experience in event planning  Demonstrated customer service orientation Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely, organized, confident manner Fundraising experience Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to direct others and work as a team.
