Perform quality control checks on all foundations and basements. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures • Maintain responsibility for all field crews, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems • Assign field crews to different job sites as dictated by deadline, budget, and volume of work that needs completion • Oversee the daily operations of all field crews to ensure efficiency • Perform quality control checks on all foundations and basements • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company • Oversee the activities of the Foremen, while also managing laborers and operators in various field crews *Supervisory Responsibilities* ** * Supervises 2 or more employees *Required Qualifications* * High school diploma or GED * Five to seven years related experience and/or training * Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle, and willingness to travel * Ability to understand and communicate in basic English * May require CDL in compliance within DOT guidelines * Proficiency with MS Office and email * Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds *Preferred Qualifications* * Strong communication skills and attention to detail * Bilingual preferred Come join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
