Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures
•Maintain responsibility for all field crews, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
•Assign field crews to different job sites as dictated by deadline, budget, and volume of work that needs completion
•Oversee the daily operations of all field crews to ensure efficiency
•Perform quality control checks on all foundations and basements
•Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
•Oversee the activities of the Foremen, while also managing laborers and operators in various field crews

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervises 2 or more employees
