Foundation Manager (Full time - Hybrid role)
Set portfolio management strategy, develop policies and procedures, and ensure all fundraisers are adequately trained and educated in moves management. Partner with gift officers in portfolio management, development, and optimization. Assess portfolio size, stage, distribution, and capacity on a regular basis. Organize and lead portfolio review meetings. Monitor progress towards fundraising goals and established metrics. Implement and manage strategies for prospect identification and verification of new major and principal gift prospects. Provide insights in support of transformative giving. Oversee all screening, modeling, and rating efforts. Independently research and evaluate effectiveness of new tools and resources to help identify prospects and enhance research. Act as an advisor to staff and develop research strategies that most effectively and efficiently uncover potential support for projects and hospital initiatives. Oversee part-time research consultant. Maintain advanced skills in fundraising systems and research tools. Other related duties and special projects as needed
