We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foundation Waterproofer to join our team. As a Foundation Waterproofer, you will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and protection of building foundations from water damage.

 

Responsibilities:

Installs caulk in joints and inspect them to make sure they are sound, that all joint filler material has been removed, and that joint size is acceptableProvide preventative maintenance on joints requiring it, and install the backer rod to ensure proper joint depth, eliminate three-sided adhesion, and provide a sound backingWhen using self-leveling products, use compatible material to 'dam' ends, penetrations, and holes, so that the material remains in the joint

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Valid driver’s license preferred Experience in the construction industry helpfulExperience in the waterproofing industry helpfulRegularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Lift and/or move up to 15 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Ability to perform job functions while wearing a respirator.
