THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Founder Liaison to support the CEO/Head of Artist Management at our boutique management company, which also operates a record label. This role requires a self-starter with a strong grasp of the music business, familiarity with its key players, and the ability to execute tasks efficiently and independently. You will play a critical role in supporting artist operations, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external partners.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Executive Support

Run the founder’s calendar with precision—every minute matters. Priorities aligned, distractions removed.Own all communications, responding promptly and representing the founder’s voice when needed.Manage extensive, often last-minute travel—no detail overlooked, no logistics left unsolved.Be the gatekeeper: safeguard the founder’s time, energy, and focus so she can lead at her best.Travel alongside or on behalf of the founder, ensuring every engagement, meeting, or event happens seamlessly.

Leadership & Team Support

Anticipate the founder’s needs—solve problems before they arise, clear obstacles before they block.Streamline team operations: run meetings, track deliverables, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.Be the connection point between the founder and the team of 7-10 ppl—clarity, alignment, and flow.Maintain peace and order in the founder’s personal environment, knowing that balance at home fuels performance at work.

Wellness & Personal Alignment

Defend the founder’s mental and emotional wellness through thoughtful time and energy management.Coordinate self-care, downtime, and personal priorities to ensure work-life harmony.Be the trusted confidant—professional, discreet, and unwavering in your support.

Relationship Management

Prepare the founder to own the room by organizing talking points, presentations, and every detail for speaking engagements.Attend events and handle on-site execution—issues solved, presence felt, reputation elevated.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.Familiarity with music distribution platforms (e.g., The Orchard, DistroKid, Tunecore) and metadata standards is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).Passion for music and a solid understanding of the music industry.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The expected compensation for this position is:

$48,000.00 USD - $60,000.00 USD

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
