Your Team, Your Impact

Foundry Technology team under Central Engineering in Marvell provides state-of-the-art Silicon CMOS technology guidance to Marvell business units and drives Marvell Si foundry partners to develop the PDK, improve fab yield to ensure successful Marvell business. As a member of Foundry Technology team, the candidate will work closely with internal Central Engineering, business unit product design, marketing, product engineering, quality and reliability, planning/new production introduction as well as external Si foundry partners.

What You Can Expect

- Work with Central Engineering CAD teams and AMS design teams to support new technology adoption

- Work with business unit product design, marketing, and product engineering to establish product needs 
- Manage and support new product tapeout and qualification engineering 
- Review and analyze fab yield performance against product needs and drive alignment

What We're Looking For

- Deep understanding of Semiconductor Device Physics and Process Technology, PDK

- Understanding the Si CMOS manufacturing technology and Si manufacturing requirements of the product 
- Candidate MUST be currently pursuing a MS/PhD (preferred) degree in EE, Physics, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or related technical field(s) 
- 0-1 years of previous experience   

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

22 - 44, $ per hour.

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
