Job Description
Four Brothers is a newly reimagined restaurant located on the heart of the San Antonio Riverwalk in the Omni La Mansión Hotel. A combination of Mexican and Southwest influences with a mix of Texas Southern hospitality creates a comfortable and inviting surrounding that is not only authentic but approachable. These influences can be seen from the artwork down to the floor finishes. In addition to these regional characteristics, the space has been reconfigured to allow for more diverse social gatherings with different seating options for the dining patron or one who is enjoying a cocktail in the lounge. This variety creates a deeper connection to the Riverwalk and the hotel’s courtyard with its many amenities. Overall, the finish and furniture selections maintain a sense of sophistication and masculinity encompassing the new concept, Four Brothers, within its new home at Omni La Mansión.

Server pays $4.50/hour + tips
The position is to wait on tables promptly, courteously and to serve the guest in any way possible.
Responsibilities Greet guests when entering the restaurant with a pleasant smile and superior customer serviceMust have full familiarity with menus and full knowledge of beverage offeringsPolish and clean water glasses in assigned station before opening hoursMaintain tabletop standards and ensure salt, pepper, and sugar caddies are full at all timesTake orders and answer questions/offer suggestions on menu selectionsCommunicate with culinary team regarding meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requestsRecord transaction in MICROS system at time of orderCheck in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beveragePresent accurate check to guest and process paymentMaintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the dayClean and set up tablesComplete opening and closing duties Qualifications Must be able to work in a fast paced environment1 year serving experience with a quality establishmentTABC and Food Handler certifications are requiredPrevious cash handling experience preferredMust be able to lift at least 20 lbsMust be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shiftMust be able to work flexible shifts including weekends, and holidaysOmni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity employer - vets/disability.
