POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the APAC FP&A Manager, this role is responsible for assisting in the Financial Planning and Analysts function of all Commercial operations in Asia Pacific. This includes monthly regional reporting & consolidation, forecasting & budgeting.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Description of major duties and responsibilities of the role.
The key responsibilities of the Financial Analyst will include (but not limited to) the following:
Support the development of Rolling Forecast, Business Reviews, Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan Ensure key deliverables and timelines are met for monthly/quarterly PL analysis and financial trends to Global/APAC management team Support Business Units structure, including revenue, margin, operating expenses, and other ad hoc analysis/projects Driving financial analysis for New Product post-launch performance & Price Volume analysis Maintaining Business Intelligence Database and responsible for providing monthly marketing analytical reports Development of OPEX dashboard using Power BI to assist in decision making for APAC management team Partner closely with cost center functional leaders and Strategic marketing to track and analyze OPEX spends & Headcount analysis Support annual cost roll process and working with APAC countries to ensure accurate costing at SKU level Continue to streamline and improve current processes to drive better accuracy and efficiency in work Supporting delivery of regional financial projects, and on reviews/presentations decks as and when required by the business Provide guidance/training to local country teams for FPA related topics Ad-hoc requests, financial modeling, consolidation or related work when required
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum level of education/experience required.
Certified Accountant with Degree in Accounting or related qualifications Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in similar position with an International multi-location Group A team player who can work effectively & independently in a fast-paced, results oriented environment Self-motivated, keen to learn and detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach Strong financial acumen, ability to think analytically, communicate effectively and present reports & ideas succinctly Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion, PBCS and excellent Microsoft Excel skills Proficient in Microsoft, VBA, Power Point, SAP, Power BI and Business Intelligence would be an added advantage Good communication skill in English, oral and written. Able to meet tight deadline and handle ad-hoc requests. Proficient with steep learning curve and minimum supervision

A self-starter who can prioritize, plan, organize, effective in allocating resources and take initiative to meet job objectives and meet tight deadline independently. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, resilience and accountable.
