This position will be responsible in the operational financial planning and analysis and will work closely with TCP product managers to drive achievement of Cost Targets. This position will also provide cost benefit analysis on operation related projects and initiatives.

Work with Product Line Managers to prepare monthly forecast and annual operating plans.
• Partner with Product Line Managers to achieve monthly cost KPI.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and solutions and use them to drive down cost
and improve forecasting process.
• Perform cost benefit analyses on operational projects (PDCA's) and assess ROI on capital investment
projects.
• Implement continuous process improvements towards achieving work efficiency.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, or Accounting.

Experiences, Skillsets & Personal Competencies Experience

• 4 years overall finance and accounting experience, preferentially with 1 year of experience in the field of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

• A proven track record of academic and professional excellence.

• Experience with computerized accounting and reporting systems (ERP, DAX) and proficient in MS Applications i.e., Excel and PowerPoint
