As a FP&A Analyst, you will report directly to the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager and will be responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. The role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to provide accurate financial insights, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis to support decision-making and drive business performance, to drive the best possible financial outcomes for the organisation to ensure growth in revenue and margin.
Your responsibilities:
Support the FP&A Manager by preparing accurate and consistent reports, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring they meet financial guidelines and accounting standards.Deliver comprehensive financial analysis to identify performance drivers, risks, and opportunities, and help improve business performance with insightful recommendations.Create engaging presentations and reports for key stakeholders, showcasing financial performance, trends, and potential risks, while compiling data for business performance reviews.Enhance FP&A capabilities by developing and improving financial models, tools, and processes, performing continuous improvement initiatives and contributing financial expertise to exciting cross-functional projects.Provide support in monitoring financial & business performance metrics and operational performance measurement metrics (KPIs and SLAs)Respond to ad hoc business queries with speed and accuracy and take on various other dynamic tasks within the FP&A tower.Requirements for the role:
BSc/BA in accounting, finance, or relevant field, with a good understanding of accounting principles and practices, and proven experience as a management accountant.Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel) and ERP systems, processes, and workflow technology.Possesses self-awareness and relationship-building skills, including gravitas to influence stakeholders and build trust through high integrity and accurate analysis.Business orientation and interest, effective communication in English with senior management.Proactive with the ability to use initiative, a lateral thinker who connects insights from various sources.How you will be rewarded:Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
