FP&A Analyst
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an FP& A Analyst in Orlando, Florida. The selected candidate will play a critical role in our team, focusing on financial statement analysis, operational metrics, and key performance indicators. This role is highly interactive, requiring a dynamic individual who can effectively collaborate with both senior operations leaders and corporate office functional leaders. Responsibilities: • Analyze financial statements, operational metrics, and key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights • Maintain a strong working relationship with senior operations leaders and corporate office functional leaders, actively engaging with immediate team members • Efficiently use ERP and dashboards to perform job functions at an optimal level • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and mid-year forecasts • Use knowledge and skills to suggest process improvements and other efficiencies • Handle ad-hoc reporting requests and conduct other special studies as needed • Ensure compliance with all Company reporting obligations, policies, and procedures • Leverage experience with Workday, Adaptive, and Office Connect in daily functions. Requirements • Proficiency in Adaptive Insights and Anaplan for financial planning and analysis • Demonstrable experience with data mining techniques to gather and analyze financial data • Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and other ERP Solutions to streamline business processes • Strong knowledge of accounting functions and their role in business financial management • Experience in preparing and managing the annual budget and budget processes • Ability to work closely with business units to support their financial planning and decision-making • Expertise in capital management to ensure efficient use of company resources • Experience with Adaptive Planning tools for comprehensive financial forecasting • Proficiency in Workday and Workday ERP for managing financial and human resources data Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
