Responsibilities The Opportunity The role consists of supporting the Iberia Selling Associate, managing Portugal AOP, forecasting and closing Selling budget consolidation, and helping the team's responsible person with Spain. Also tracking field headcount and T&E costs by distribution center and sales figure. Your Impact As FP&A Analyst your functions would consist of: Portugal Fixed and Variable selling closing consolidation and analysis of deviations vs Forecast Portugal Fixed and Variable selling AOP and Forecast build-up, consolidating data provided by Stakeholders Commercial Budget detail by concept and tracking sessions with the trade team Spain and Portugal headcount tracking by salesmen type and distribution center Spain and Portugal T&E report tracking to ensure Forecast Reports and decks related to Selling analysis prepared for Portugal Country Manager Automation projects related to the Iberia Selling budgeting process Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Key skills and experience required: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Economics Experience in controlling: Data analysis, forecasting Fluent English Advanced MS Excel skills 1-2 years of experience in Economics or Finance field If you are interested in this opportunity, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the requirements.
