**Job Description Summary** The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst reports directly to Business Line Income Statement Leader. He / she owns the reporting and analysis of Headcount, Costs and Backlog, and is able to directly partner with the regional CFOs and financial team. **Job Description** + Support business line operating mechanism on income statement performance metrics, with a focus on headcount, operational costs and backlog + Own global monthly Headcount/Contingent worker reporting and analysis + Ensure the correct application of business line Employee Costing Instructions for Cost Category and detailed functions, ensure the consistency of headcount in HR, Atlas and FDL + Ensure the correct monthly booking of payroll done by HR operation against cost center, perform monthly consistency check and annual bonus booking + Handle business line headcount costing change, collaborate with country FP&A to ensure accurate costing information provided for newcomers + Own global Costbase reporting and analysis during monthly and quarterly closing + Provide cost visibility across FPC, S&M, G&A and R&D to various operation owners within Business Line global organization + Own global Backlog reporting and analysis during monthly and quarterly closing, with details by Region, by Activity + Support on business line headquarter income statement activities, headquarter cost management and other ad-hoc requests. **QUALIFICATIONS/** **REQUIREMENTS** **:** + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline from an accredited university or college + Work experience in multinational environment + Good communication skills + English professional essential + Good level of excel + Knowledge of SAP and HFM/FCC is advantage **Additional Information** **Relocation Assistance Provided:** Yes GE Vernova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
