Description We are looking for an FP& A Analyst with strong Power BI experience to join our team in Naperville, Illinois. As an FP& A Analyst, you will be carrying out crucial financial analyses, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. You will also be expected to create and produce financial reports using Power BI (including DAX). Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and reports to support business initiatives and management requests • Develop and maintain intricate financial models and forecasts to aid in strategic planning and business decisions • Participate in the company-wide budgeting process, including data collection, budget preparation, and budget performance monitoring • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to collect data and provide financial guidance • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements • Assist with the creation of presentations for senior management • Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and provide insightful commentary on key financial performance indicators (KPIs) • Develop, maintain, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
