This role will act as a key finance partner of the Diversified Markets FP&A team and is responsible for preparing month-end close review, assisting forecasting and budgeting management, and supporting ad-hoc business requests and special projects. This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across Tech, Retail, e-Commerce (TRE), Services and 3rd Party Collections line of business, the largest segment within the Diversified Markets vertical; while also have the opportunity to collaborate with Sales, Global Solutions and other cross-functional teams to identify potential revenue opportunities and cost optimization.Come be a part of our team! What You'll Bring:
1-2 years’experience in financial analysis, forecasting, modeling and financial reporting Familiarity with typical business software packages, including MS Office, ERP systems (PeopleSoft, OneStream, Salesforce), BI and Data Visualization toolsStrong communication and writing skills – the ability to effectively make formal and informal presentations to all levels of the organizationAbility to operate under challenging time constraints and fast-paced environment, and address multiple deliverables simultaneouslyImpact You'll Make:
Prepares and distributes monthly and quarterly financial reports, provides quantitative and qualitative analysis of key variances and trendsSupports and assists in the quarterly forecast and annual budget cycle with the focus to improve forecasting accuracy, gain in-depth exposure to the operation and performance of the businessPartners with the vertical and sales team to review business cases for future development, advancing financial models to support growth initiatives and prioritizationThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:
