FP&A Analyst II

As a FP&A Analyst II you will support our Business Operations by providing analytics and oversight of financial, resource planning, and key performance indicators. You'll participate in Overhead and General & Administrative planning, as well as our financial management plan. You will coordinate submittal's of financial deliverables to corporate entities and ensure the accuracy of reporting. You will prepare regular financial forecasts to guide business decisions and support long-term strategic planning initiatives. You will prepare detailed financial reports and presentations to communicate financial performance and insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications You Must Have:

A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field and typically 2 years or more of related work experience. 

Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education 

Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports and/or projections

Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial software 

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels.

The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Qualifications We Prefer:

Familiarity with Profit and Loss statements

Experience with indirect rate composition

Knowledge of DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures

Strong understanding of business operations and financial processes.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $82,039.23 - $112,803.95. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants.
